FAQS

ALERTPAY AND PAYPAL INQUIRIES:

Q: What does Alertpay and Paypal really is for?
A: These are the 2 most trusted and popular on-line payment service providers. They are the ones who will process and transfer your earnings from the online earning sites to your bank accounts.

Q: I don't have a bank account or a credit card. Can I still join the online job?
A: Yes. You don't need a bank account or a credit card to join. What's important is you have an alertpay and paypal account because the PTC (paid to click) sites will pay you there. As long as you have an AlertPay/PayPal account, you can start your online job. However, it is recommended that you have a bank account for your convenience. For Philippine residents, we recommend opening an eon visa debit card at Unionbank. Go to your nearest Unionbank branch and apply for a card. No minimum deposit so its not a hassle.

Q: What type of account do I need to choose in Alertpay and Paypal?
A: You can choose "Personal Starter" in AlertPay and "Personal" in PayPal.

Q: I started clicking in the PTC (paid to click) site but I don't see my earnings in my AlertPay or PayPal account?
A: You will not see your earnings in AlertPay or PayPal automatically but you will see it in your account or stats page in the PTC site you joined. You need to reach minimum cashout first. For example in Neobux, the minimum cashout is $2. Once you reach the minimum cashout, request for payment in Neobux by clicking the "payment" button (the process is similar in other PTC sites, go to your account/stats page and beside your earnings you will see a "cashout" link that you can click when you reach minimum cashout). After you complete your request for payment to be sent, you can now check in your AlertPay or PayPal account that your earnings are already there. Take note that the processing for payment is different for every PTC site. For Neobux, you will see your payment in AlertPay/PayPal instantly. For other sites, within 24 hours to 5 business days, and some within 30 days.

Q: What is my AlertPay and PayPal address?
A: Your AlertPay and PayPal address is simply your email address when you registered in AlertPay/PayPal.

Q: Do I need to have accounts in AlertPay and PayPal? Can't I just have either of the two?
A: You could  but it is recommended if you have both because some sites pay thru AlertPay and some pay thru PayPal.

Q: I don't have my credit card yet to verify my AlertPay and PayPal account?
A: You don't need a credit card to have your AlertPay and PayPal verified. Its optional but better to have it verified so that the sites will know that you are a legit person. In AlertPay, you just need proof of billing and ID to have it verified. With PayPal, you can use an ATM card with a Visa or Mastercard logo like EON Visa debit card to have it verified.
